• All orders are shipped within 5 BUSINESS days. Usually it is much quicker (in 1-2 business days) but you know…well, life… so we have to say 5 days.
• We have a 14 Day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return. Please see return policy for details
• 11x14 prints and larger are packaged protectively and shipped rolled in cardboard print tubes.
• 8x10 prints and smaller are packaged protectively and shipped in a sturdy flat mailer.
• Majority of our orders ship from our studio in New Hampshire. For our large sized prints, we do use a high quality print shop therefore your order may ship from a different location if you are ordering a larger size.
• At this time, we are only able to ship physical prints within the United States.
