Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Physical products for a flat shipping of $3.99. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.
How are the prints and print sets shipped?
- All orders are shipped within 5 BUSINESS days. Usually it is much quicker (in 1-2 business days) but you know…well, life…so we have to say 5 days.
- 11x14 prints and larger are packaged protectively and shipped rolled in cardboard print tubes.
- 8x10 prints and smaller are packaged protectively and shipped in a sturdy flat mailer.
- We are only able to ship physical products within the United States. Digital products are available worldwide.
- Larger prints are produced and shipped by our partner print lab and may ship from a location outside of New Hampshire as they have a couple of different locations and do their best to ship from the location closest to the customer.
How are the jewelry and home decor items shipped?
- All orders are shipped within 5 BUSINESS days. Usually it is much quicker (in 1-2 business days) but you know…well, life… so we have to say 5 days.
- All items of an order will be shipped together if at all possible.
- All items are carefully wrapped and packaged. Most items ship in a cardboard box, but we have a few that ship best in padded envelopes. If you have specific questions about how your selection will be shipped, please reach out to us.
How long does shipping take?
- We would love to tell you we know the answer to that question, but we definitely don't! We ship standard ground shipping, or first class mail, for our products and use different carriers for different products.
- We do not offer shipping upgrades at this time. If you have a specific timing that your purchase is needed, please reach out before purchasing to see if we are able to meet you needs.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE US)
- We are not shipping physical products outside of the US at this time. But our Etsy site does allow for digital downloads for customers outside the US. We invite you to visit us there to purchase digital products. Thank you! www.VeloStudio.Etsy.com
RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, follow the prompts on the website. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 35 Stonewall Cir. Westmoreland, NH 03467. Your packing slip may show a different address for returns if it was a large print (or prints) that was shipped from my print lab, but please send returns to the above address only.
If your return is accepted, you will still be responsible for return shipping. We recommend tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost during shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted, at our discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, we are not responsible for items lost during shipping or that go missing after delivery. You will need to work with the carrier for reimbursement. We will help as much as possible should a situation arise.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital download files are automatically final sale due to the digital nature of the product. These purchases are not returnable/refundable.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital download items, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
