These earrings are handcrafted.  This means that each pair is cut from a larger sheet of acrylic and/or wood that is a unique material, so the pattern, shade and grain is likely to vary slightly from pair to pair and from the picture shown in the listing.  The earrings are then assembled by a skilled artisan (AKA a real person!) in our New Hampshire studio before being shipped off to you with a smile.

Please note that due to filters, settings and brightness on screens, product color can look slightly different than what you see on your phone, screen or monitor. All pictures are taken to represent the exact color of the earrings and hardware, so I do recommend you take filters off to see the color as accurately as possible.

EARRING CARE

We recommend taking special care of your handcrafted jewelry. Here are a few tips:

  • Remove jewelry when sleeping.
  • Remove jewelry during physical activities.
  • Keep jewelry dry by removing it for swimming and bathing.
  • Avoid direct contact between jewelry and other chemicals.
  • Clean your jewelry using a dry, soft cloth.
  • Store jewelry in a dry place to maintain quality.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • All orders are shipped within 5 BUSINESS days, excluding holidays. Usually it is much quicker (in 1-2 business days) but you know…well, life… so we have to say 5 days.
  • Earrings are not returnable due to the nature of the product. But if you have any concerns of questions, please reach out and we will do our best to help. Please see our return policy for details.
  • Our orders ship from our studio in New Hampshire.
